Black Sambo recipe

Ingredients:
1 can of evaporated milk
1 can condense milk
4 envelopes of Knox gelatin
2 cups of water (cold)
3/4 cup of sugar 
1/2 cup of cocoa powder
Chocolate syrup (for garnish)
2 nestle cream


Procedure:
For the first layer (black)
1. Dissolve 2 envelopes of Gelatin in a 1cup cold water
2. mix all the ingredients (Cocoa, Evaporated milk, sugar) under low heat.
3. Put it on a container, let it cool. Do the next layer


For the second layer (White)
1. Dissolve 2 envelopes of Gelatin in a 1cup cold water
2. Mix all the ingredients ( Condense milk, nestle cream)
under low heat
3. put it on top of the black layer
